Question for the livestock haulers here....have you ever seen a set of double bull hauler trailers??? I was driving down I-80 a few nights ago and coming the other way was a set of double bullhaulers...they looked to be the exact same length as the LTL guys doubles, about 26ft or so each.

Both trailers were single axle, with a dolly between. But I couldn't help but think what a nightmare that must be to try to back into a tight livestock yard, farm, or ranch in the muck.

Just like that! Can that really be more efficient than just a single trailer? I cant think of why you'd go with a set up like that but im ignorant of that world being in hazmat myself.

It’s a head bolt, a wrist pin, a nut that fits the head bolt and a pass through connector.

I think it’s mostly sheep haulers that pull doubles like that. I could be wrong and talking out my ###.

Twin trailers; side loader, pull first trailer to chute and load/unload, pull second trailer to chute and repeat. Very common in Cali and probably AZ.

Years ago up in Oregon county they ran a lot of trucks and pups. I don’t know if they still do. Most if not all were cabovers.

We see a few of those come into the Clovis sale barn. Seems like they are all from California.
