Well I just got this message a couple days ago , tho my balanced owed is just 2k compared to others is not as big but I’ll probably still sue them for it, if anyone that was gonna do the same and want to get in same page let me know, or if you have any suggestions on who to contact that can legally help let me know

 

Serious financial difficulties?? Delayed payments??
That means the company was/is in serious financial trouble!!
Like many other companies they probably made money during the pandemic but didn’t prepare for the lean times!

 

I got the same message. I don’t know what to do at this point. What should we do?

 

I’m gonna sue , got some paperwork for it just getting everything I need , not sure how it works seeing that kirkuk Fastplus has so many DBAs or if it even helps having others come forward about it too ,but their guy freaked out when I called him out for being in 2 separate chats with “different” companies, they denied any affiliation with him but same guy with same picture.

I have them on recording saying they use American drivers so we can work for free they not planning too pay anyone
