I have been disclosing that I was terminated because I was under the impression that companies will find out regardless and any time I speak to an actual recruiter I explain the full situation.

That’s your problem, never offer more than specifically what they asked for

I was talking to a swift recruiter who said that as long as it wasn't a safety related issue we'd be good to go then out of nowhere my driver Pulse said they'd rejected me this morning and the guy is ghosting me

So you were making at least 85k if not close to 100k or more and did not save any money? Lesson here is to save for a rainy day(s). I would not count on unemployment. Walmart may fight it and then someone with the state will decide. Not scanning 3 items almost goes beyond careless. Not everyone will believe you. It's a tough situation because employers like to ask why you left your last job, especially as a Walmart driver at or near the top jobs for drivers. If you don't say terminated then you are lying and a company may try to verify reason for departure, if you give the actual reason that does not look good either. Good luck.

Take note! Stop volunteering information that isn't ask for. Don't give details!

I wasn't able to save any money up because I was trying to pay off the debt I'd been in for years. I almost had it paid off too, but I wasn't there long enough to get it fully taken care of. And I had thought I had scanned those items, I didn't even realize it until my management pulled me aside. It was a tiny mistake that somehow ended up completely messing up my life and I really don't feel like arguing about it. I fully expect Walmart to fight it but I really don't have much in the way of options right now.

I read somewhere that you can submit an updated Driver Pulse application and that deletes the other one.
    `
    "Why were your fired?"
"Uh, I stopped twice to get some fast food and take a quickie 20 minute nap and didn't log it and that's against company policy."
    ~
I really don't know what to do right now though. You have to change the narrative though.
Do a new updated Driver Pulse app. and apply to companies on Craigslist.
Do you have a different phone number you can use on the updated Driver Pulse application?

I don't have another phone number but I did just get a call from a company who said that it won't be a problem as long as I can pass a road test so fingers crossed that it works out.if it doesn't I'll try that

That may not be the case. I was turned down by ABF twice for unknown reasons. 3 of my former coworkers of all were hired there and I use them as references. I went in, was interviewed, took a road test and it was sent for a drug screen. The terminal manager basically told me I was hired. But the human resource department at their headquarters denied me. When I inquired for the reason, they wouldn't tell me. They sent me a letter stating that it was strictly a business decision and that I am welcome to reapply at a later time.
At that time I had almost 20 years of driving experience and a clean CDL. My friend, who still works there had multiple infractions on his CDL when they hired him. It just didn't make any sense to me.
