Where is everyone #5

Took the jeep out today to get lunch….

 

1.2 inches of rain overnight

 

Fence checking gonna have to wait a minute, blackberries are looking pretty good this year.

 

Time for some blackberry cobbler... One of my favorite deserts.

 

Everybody keeping their fencerows clean at home has killed off the bobwhites and the blackberries.

As a kid, I had mom teach me how to make cobblers. Mom and dad at work all day in the summers, and a fat kid is gonna eat after he wears out the bass and bluegill.

We had peaches on the hill, blackberries in the fence, and flour and sugar in the cupboard. I ate well

 

It does help for sure. Got my Geezer Glide out after we got home thought I would take it for a spin, and just my luck the battery was dead! I just put it in last year too. Gonna have to hook up the trickle charger. With a Harley battery it has never done that, but I bought a battery at the auto store to save time and mileage from going to the Harley shop, didn’t save that much after all….

 

Need a beach chair

and an umbrella

and a blonde bringing drinks

 

I’ve only had mine out one time this year… figures that now that I run local and home every night, I got no time to ride? I must be missing something?
