Went for a ride Friday with boots on. Struggled to toe shift. Had to lift my whole leg. Tried to ride to the gym Sunday with sneakers and couldn’t shift at all. Been looking at YouTube videos and trying to do the recommended exercises. Feels like the muscles atrophied overnight. Can’t turn the left foot inward can’t lift the foot up at all. Hopefully, I can rehab. Hopefully…

 

Do you keep your billfold in your hip pocket all the time? Sometime in the early 2000s I had about the same thing only with a stabbing pain on my right side that went from my ankle to my lower back— went to several quacks and finally the Vet we used asked me that— quit packing it, especially when in the seated position, and haven’t had a problem since

 

Same here. Back is still messed up, but that doesn't aggravate it.
And Tart Cherry Extract pills regularly for gout.

 

Keep my billfold on the dash just for that reason….

 

Seems risky. In your case you could get an OOS- 393.1/2-7.2 billfold loaded with mass wads 'o cash obstructing vision

No billfold in at least 15 years or more. I carry one of those smart wallet things with my credit and debit cards, license, conceal carry permit, extra 380 mag in left front pocket. Right front pocket, keys and my SW Bodyguard 380. Nothing in back pockets.
