Its a lie, perhaps a few do 90k a year, but they dont take weekends off, and there getting the maximum payrate of 30 percent which requires 10 years of current experience without 6 months break. the loads just dont pay that much, I mean 9 dollars a ton and 4 and 6 bucks a ton for sand and rock is pathetic, I have no reason to lie, I currently work there, not for much longer, if you dont mind fast food wages, go for it. if you have bills to pay, this job is not for you.

If a few make 90k, then they can advertise "up to 90k'" because, theoretically, it's possible.

i guess, but as soon as drivers see how it is, they quit, they have orientation every week, literally 2 out if 6 stay, and then the other 2 end up quiting before 3 months, they cannot keep drivers because of their pay structure. they need to advertise if you have 10 years of experience, without gaps, you could make 90k if everything goes your way.

I'm not arguing but I will say this..

I've loaded in front on Bogler trucks, I've loaded behind Bogler trucks. I have ran nose to tail with Bogler trucks after loading (because I wasn't sure where we were unloading) Pulled the EXACT same clay/dirt from point A to point B and NEVER loaded for less than $40 a ton and 15% FSC. (I never asked the drivers what they were being paid)

My load was taken from Bogler's load board, so I find it difficult to believe anyone would drag a load for 4-6$ a ton.

In that same breath I'll say I FEASTED off Boglers board a few months ago pulling white clay from Jeff City to El Paso Texas. 200$ a ton plus FSC. A day and half of driving equaled $4,400 and a return trip of Lava Rock for $3,700 plus FSC was almost $10,000 a week gross. Gimme those Bogler loads all day long.

That's even worse that they underpay there own drivers that bad, some of the loads are that low, I made 4 to 5 times what I made a week at woody bogler, hauling a tyson reefer for a 3rd party, with less work involved. There drivers are literally quiting left and right, as soon as the dudes who been there forever quit, or retire, there not going to have a trucking business anymore, the new generation of drivers are not going to go for that.
