I'd assume driver didn't understand English.

That's why it got to the point driver had to be pulled with force from truck with another cop gun out.

Pretty easy to see how if you don't follow commands, especially understand the words "get out of the truck" how it would get to that point.

All our lives are at risk now with these idiots foreigners on roads with us.
    We need a national crackdown.

Wrong way belligerent driver can only mean one thing..alcohol or drugs are involved :)

I’m not going to assume anything else at this time. If AR has the same laws as Texas then we won’t know the drivers name anytime soon.

In Texas they have to admit guilt before they can name the driver.

While I agree drugs or alcohol could be involved, the driver does not have to admit guilt before being named. There's a small local paper in our county that routinely places mugshots on the front page after an arrest. Being arrested is not an admission of guilt.

To go into greater detail.. The press isn’t allowed to use a persons name unless that person admits quilt before a probable cause hearing..that’s when the formal complaint / affidavit is filed.

When you see those mugshots it’s post hearing and probable cause was found.

An example: The Terrel, TX tragedy..we knew his name right away because he admitted guilt at the scene. Had he kept his mouth shut (I recommend this to everyone) and not said that he fell asleep we wouldn’t have known his name right away.

The only way to get these non English speaking/reading drivers off the road is to somehow turn off GPS signals lol. You have all seen them with multiple units on the dash and windshield. They would be lost in a heartbeat if they had to rely on maps and calling the shipper/receiver for directions.

Actually the way to end all this nonsense is to put the burden back on the carrier. Criminalize hiring a driver that doesn’t speak English. Criminalize opening an authority for owner operators who don’t speak English.

Put the drivers out of service until they face a judge. If it’s proven that they can’t speak English then revoke their CDL and send the carrier official to prison for a good long time-out.

Stop letting the carriers get off scot free. The one who hired U-Turn idiot should be doing time if not more because they are the ones that made it possible.

The carriers are the ones profiting off these drivers and their greed needs to have consequences.

GPS combined with not being able to read English language might be what gets some of them in trouble with smaller roads…. IMG_2615.png IMG_2600.jpeg IMG_2597.png
