Volvo vnl d13 2016, black smoke and turbo error upon start up

Hi all, anyone had this issue or knows what to fix?
When i start my truck for the second time it gives me a check engine light, it idles rough and shoots black smoke.
If i clear the code it works fine but it came up again after a week.
The error I got is:
P0046
Turbocharger/Supercharger
Boost Control Solenoid A Circuit Range/Performance

I have cleaned the egr sensor by in front of the turbo almost and the driver’s side boost sensor and the problem is there still by the way.

 

My fuses are fine, and yes indeed I noticed this issue after I put diesel from a random gas station to be honest, hopefully a fuel filter change might do the job with some Lucas fuel cleaner I guess
