You're getting hung up on thinking that a person's name does anything to actually ID them.
There were 3 people at Schneider with my exact same name. There are more than 30 people in Wisconsin with my exact same name. Looking at first, mi, and last there are close to 100 and if you include various spellings of my last name I'd bet it gets close to 200. Its why SSN and birthdays are used to confirm identify.
The person provided their full legal name, which is one word. They provided their birth certificate, which matched. Their work authorization, which matched and proof of residency. Then they got a REAL ID.
Seriously, I don't get why people are obsessing over a guy who has a one word name. -
