Looks like a place that I would like to go.
Thing is really good quality is actually the best value. We order all of our spices from a few places. Prices seem high compared to grocery stores, but they are fresh and you end up using a smaller quantity to get the flavor.

Sorry to hear that Dave. Yep diet is a mofo if you have to cut out things you’ve eaten your whole life. I struggle mightily with sugar and carbs. Best of Luck

Doc told me I had pre-diabetes. Said the same thing about the food. After a week on that diet my A1C was down to 5.4. Once every week or so I'll eat some taters and corn with dinner and it doesn't screw my A1C up too much as long as I get back on the diet right away.

First 2 weeks are tuff. I've been on the no carb diet lots of salads , eggs , cheese,steaks. It's hard on the road finding the correct food. Good luck with it .

Any progress ? I lost maybe 8 lbs couple weeks ago on my two day liquid diet. Need to do it again
