I think they were a bit larger than that. And there have been several others recently just here in MN.

It is rather odd that people need the same things in the same amounts, and they get them, yet the freight that is actually moving to provide those things has slowed way down.

All of the USPS contracted carriers including 10Roads were hit hard when the USPS decided to bring the contracted mail hauling in house. 10Roads pretty much only hauled mail. No more mail, no more 10Roads. Good on them though for announcing their shutdown well in advance and not screwing the drivers on the road.

Haven't they been headed down for some time? And weren't they previously Pat Salmon & Sons?
I used to do quite a bit of work for them. I can't remember when they changed, but IIRC, it started getting hard to get paid by them around 2015 or so.
