I must be slow as hell good thing i dont get paid to wrench fer a living . :D Been busy around the house, but now getting back to working on my rig... Remeasured the liners again after cleaning the surface real well and buying a proper liner press tool to get a better clamp on it than i had. found #5 was .005 and .006 on exhaust side and .010 on intake side... The rest were all .009 and .010.. #6 was between .008 and .011... looking over head gasket again it confirms it. Lots of carbon around the ring on exhaust side #5 and a bit on #6

Pulled pan off this afternoon and lots of sludge in pan and has traces of coolant in it.. also coolant drips on #5 cap underneath..

well i guess i found the problem finally. ####

A friend said that he asked the ATF and was told that he was flagged for a misdemeanor DUI in 2002.

I sure wish they would have left the cabs narrower on those. Just doesn't look right to me.

I'm not familiar with the tool to press the liners. This is how we checked our b model after the counterbores were cut.

I saved these brass washers and bolts. Probably different bolts for your ISX though.

Cab, windshield, & hood is not really to my liking for a Pete….

The KW is supposed to be the ride back to WV, and it won’t crank over…o_O

It's probably kind of fun to jockey these new ones around, just to know how the other half lives..........as long as they start! Lol

I liked my 359 where I could reach over and open the passenger door. Old school moto-mirror!

I am actually trying to remember the first truck I drove that had a cup holder.
