Oh dang it! I wanted to see what happened when the white car hit the utility pole, especially with some fool running toward the pole.

 

So, I apparently did my community service by clearing the carbon out of a motorists arteries today. Was making a right turn, off of a town “street” onto a state highway, and there is a good enough curb and a crosswalk sign, so i naturally swung plenty wide, using most of the left lane, to prevent claim jumpers. Trailer axles are fixed completely at the back anyway, so it turns like a locomotive. Light was red, and I was slowing down, mostly in the left lane when I looked back and here comes somebody, driving like nascar, up from the back, in the left lane. I whipped over to the right to give him a little extra room, there was a row of parking spots there, but an island with a curb at the end. He almost swiped me the whole way past, so naturally I sang him the song of my people. That car stopped on a dime, blocking me and a terrific rage monster got out and proceeded to call me a spectacular variety of flavorful words. Wondered if I couldn’t see he had a red light? Yes, but my honking at you had absolutely nothing to do with the traffic signals… finally got back in, and blocked me until the light was yellow for several seconds than tore through, and made me wait. But I was only 15 minutes away from my appointment, and over an hour early. Some people are so small….

 

So. The local Casey’s has be3n my connection for ethanol free gas. They recently put in all new pumps. Fine. But. They no longer have ethanol free gas. So now I have to source a new connection.
