Went to the Kenley Restaurant for dinner last night and the buffet food was HORRIBLE. Just about everything on the HOT side was over-cooked and looked dried out.

Went again tonight before I took off, went early because I figured the food would be in better shape fresh for the dinner buffet.
BOY WAS I WRONG. The peas were like MUSH and dark and wrinkled, like they had been allowed to dry out (then put back into liquid).
The Corn looked the same and the color was closer to GREEN than yellow. The Carrots looked BLUE, the chicken was dried out, the casterole was dried out.
When I complained to the "manager" (who turned out to be the "head cook" named Dave) he said he didn't see anything wrong with the food. I asked him if HE would eat the food on the buffet, he told me that "I had a choice".
I agree, and I CHOOSE not to stop in this crap-hole dump again.

Oh yes.....Dave RUDELY suggested that I be sure to tell "what time" I visited, then informed me that I had been "video-taped".....I am not sure what the hell he meant by that, but I have fired condescending jerks like that before.
