your best luck will be a local company, try dumps or even concrete companies.

until this CSA 2010 crap works out the large companies are going to look very carefully at who they hire.

 

The schools cash in on guys like you. I doubt you will land anything worthy of your time. If you do find something it will be a renegade outfit that will burn up that high dollar CDL before the ink dries. Sorry, I know this is not what you want to hear, but it is the the reality of trucking school cash ins.

 

You might be better off trying the really small companies. Really small !!!!

Or perhaps local work like beer or soda companies........

1. You are not an awful person.... at least if you've learned your lesson. There are concequences for the ####### things we do and they hurt. For some reason people think truckers are all outlaws and trucking is some kind of "hole in the wall" gang where nothing matters.

Think about this. Would you hand over the keys to a $100,000 plus rig plus a trailer full of freight worth many thousands to just whomever blew in off the street? The insurance industry has been taking a real beating the last few years and yeah, they're cracking down hard on the more careless practices of the trucking companys.
