I use to haul midds to Lubbock or hereford and then reload cotton seed meal back.

Log books, we don't haul no logs. :biggrin_2559: Got to go with loose leaf and sometimes you didn't haul the load when you did. :dontknow:

That used to be the way to go...now they're coming in and forcing you to produce BOL's for the drivers and dates they request. They're making sure your times match on EVERYTHING:biggrin_25521:

Big John and wheathauler Thank this.

Produce BOL's now that's getting pretty picky. That's a new one on me they haven't asked me for that, yet.

I just drove around town and their is a lot of hoppers just sitting idle. I just talked to a friend of mine and he has about 7 or 8 trucks parked and no wheat to move this AM. A lot of rain last night, flooding in certain areas of the state, tornado north west of here last night also. Yeah Attitude we don't need all this rain at this time.

Big John, we had more rain last night too. Going to need some hot dry days in a row to start up again. Might be end of week if no more rain.

Yeah Wheathauler it is bad, they were expecting a good harvest this year but who know's now. Most of the trucks sitting around is the harvest outfits. The county lets them park out here at the fairgounds and their is some big outfits. Olsen Custom Farming from Minnesota has several late model red Pete's and late model trailers along with a fleet of JD combines, tractors and carts. I hear he rents a lot of the combines to farmers that want to run their own machine, I hate to see his payment book.

i work for a farmer hauling corn from his place to the bio-deisel plant, in this area we got 3 to 5 in. of rain in the last 3 days. a lot of flood watches & warnings out. some areas have bridges washed out or water over the roads.
