bad swift mentor BEWARE

Okay, being the woman I am....I decided not to deal in speculation. So, I called Phoenix and spoke to Driver Services. Your husband needs to NOT talk to the DM or mentor about this. He needs to call Phoenix Driver Services and talk to them. I was specifically told that this type of mentor behavior is not allowed and would be dealt with swiftly (tehee get the pun?) and effectively.

Look.....here's what I know from my experience with Swift......follow the rules.....follow the established order and you get results.

Don't listen to some lil buckaroo who's trying to lie about his authority.....do what the company has told you to do. Contact Driver Services and report the problem.

Yessireee....she is...I will vouch for that one!!!! But usually spot on...especially when it comes to Swift! After all she is a transplanted TEXAN....and female!

my mentor got in a wreck the first day.....he was a total d bag.....i spent a whole first week at his house while his truck was in the shop....so weird....his wife had demon books upstairs....really creepy....any ways....the guy did not know how to teach me anything...everytime i would back he already set it up for the hole instead of teaching me how to set it up which is the most important part...never told me about macro22 which is a macro if your running late....my first week solo i got a service failure cuz i called my dm and told him i was gonna run late....my dm said well just get it there when you can....so i did...legally....and was late....and got a service failure....totally would have been prevented if i did a mac 22 anyways.....all i was to him was a way to pay his truck note....your husband will probably teach himself about how to drive a truck more than the mentor ever could have.....very few mentors are good ones....few and far between....most are complete morons....i have been with swift for little over a year....trying to get out....hate to say it but your husbands nightmare has only begun.....if he went to swift school they got him by the you know what....i did....and i have been out of that contract for a little while....can not wait to get out....if he didnt go to school with them it will be a great blessing....i would suggest never go into trucking....ever.....

I love trucking. I enjoy working for Swift. I still stop by and visit over at the school because they were awesome to me. Now if you want to complain about mentors.......mine sexually harrassed me.
