Okay, we've used Pilot to send in logs (we work for Swift) but you have to use the cashier. The self serve doesn't handle Swift.

And yes, many Pilots do have the self service but it doesn't work for Swift.

No offense taken here Coonass. Maybe I came off a bit more blunt than I meant too.

I rarely use the self serve myself, because I like my #### stapled together :biggrin_2559:

These scanning your bills into the company is an excellent idea...however, since Pilot (especially the worse) and the others need to have a cashier manipulate the machine for the driver...for those of us that don't use the system, it has created an additional delay. Waiting in line for a cashier to leave his/her window to fax thru a bunch (and I have witnessed drivers doing a whole weeks worth of trips at one shot) of these packages...it is insane.

Obviously the T/S isn't doing this without a fee, so why can't they set up a separate "office", like the "Got a ticket" booth, to facilitate a better, more efficient way, of servicing the customer? Because there are other drivers, and 4 wheelers standing in line to purchase coffee, soda, and/or snacks...and the line is generally 4,5,and 6 deep ...at each window!

Wake up truck stop management...hire another minimum wage person to work the fax machine!

Nothing chaps me worse than the guy who shows up at rush hour, to scan their information. I hate waiting for all that BS, myself.

I too scan a weeks worth at a time. But I generally wait until everyone is in bed, or at the very least...in Arby's grabbing a bite.

I always did my scanning late at night when I was driving. The only exception was when I was resending paperwork because "we didn't receive your receipts for ____, so we're taking it out of your paycheck". On those occassions I would stop at the first truckstop I came to, send the stuff in, and then call 10 minutes later asking them to verify they got it.
