I never can get an actual person at 773 889 3087. I just tried again and got a canned message saying they are closed for the holiday through the fifth. This is the seventh. I would like to get the map update.

 

I finally did get a rep about noon yesterday

 

My destinations were to Walmart store 549 at 3800 North Lovington Highway Hobbs,NM and on to Walmart store 626 at 2000 Hobbs highway Seminole,TX from The Walmart 6084 DC at 670 Los Morros Road, Los Lunas, NM

 

I was talking to another driver the other day. Morris Township in NJ doesn't show on our trucker atlas from Rand McNally. Not on his Rand McNally $500 top of the line trucker GPS! Finding out our atlas doesn't show a bunch of towns. My Cobra had it.

What was weird I loaded in a shipper in Harve De Grace MD. Leaving Seaford DE. It ran me into a 300+ mile route. Evening doing it with the shortest route option. Maptuit from Swift was 150 or so miles going straight South.

No I haven't updated yet.

 

Point of clarity - I found Morris Township, NJ in about 6 seconds on the RM TND700 just now. So there might be some operator error going on there.
