:biggrin_25510:i came into an agreement with mr t. to lend him $1600 to help with equipment an too drive the truck for 20% of load pay but after i started working they started paying me half of my pay and mr t. would not give me any of the money i loan him so after being out 5 weeks they decided that they would fire me and take my pay checks all total is $2800 the scam was too get me too lend the money claiming too be my friends an once i started they treated me unfair an when i complain they use that as an excuse too fire me knowing i'd have too go too court too try an get my money they take 20% off the top of load pay plus 20% to 30% off balance for fuel then the driver only gets 20% off whats left an as for owner operator once you get leased its just as bad cause the loads that i pulled did'nt paid anything too the truck they are bad

You gave them money to fix their junk? If they had no money to fix it that would be the first and last sign I needed to get the hell out of there.
WOW! Sorry you got screwed but giving them money was dumb as hell!:biggrin_2556:

You actually had to lend them money to get the job?

That's a first, and I've worked for some truly corrupt employers in the past!

If you were an O/O, take them to court. If you were a company driver, go through the state labor board, who will take them to court for you. You'll likely not see a dime either way, but you will shut these crooks down.

Never EVER front money to any employer, not for tolls, not for load locks, not for lumpers, not for fuel, and not for repairs, unless you can afford both to lose all that money and have the time to waste in court trying to get it back.

This guy (Joe) never worked for Divinity Transportation, he was a guy that an Owner Operator felt sorry for and gave a job driving his personal vehicle...what a HUGE MISTAKE. This guy has been bad mouthing this company all over the internet.

    Be careful what you read...
