Beer in the sleeper?

I'm sorry it also states shall not possess.Which is what we have been discussing.

 

While ON-DUTY. It does not say you can't have a beer in your truck while off duty. I don't drink but once in a blue moon anymore. I rather be driving down the road then wasting money on beer. but that is just me. But lets not misinform people out here.

 

Go ahead you are not able to hurt my feelings.I'm above that I would remind you of what you told me about insults when you banned me last month.

 

Ok jolsen I concede lets not misinform anyone you are right and I'am wrong.Drink up guys it's legal now.

 

That is a fine line that many a trucker has shouted out to the arresting officer and he replies tell it to the judge.That kind of a misperception of the law on the arresting officer's behalf can put a O.ut of business before it is all settled.

the day they give me a trailer full of good beer like Guinness is the day I quit driving and my load goes mia. I have had lots of trailers of piss water (coors and bud lite) but no good dark beers. If i drink pee water it will be high life the champagne of beers. I have yet to drink a beer while even near the truck. Even had a trainer tempt me while we were eating at a mexican place. He was like you have 0 on your 14 you are about to take your 10 hour brake won't hurt you to drink a beer with your food. I was like I know just not a big beer drinker these days. Even though I still walk around wearing a Miller High Life belt buckle from when I used to be a big drinker. Not a good idea to have beer any where near the truck. but it is not against the laws or rules.
