Does TMC have a Body Mass restriction??? And really any other info that any TMC drivers can give me about the company would be great.

You have to be able to lift the tarps and starp and chain down all the loads. 120lbs+ for the tarps so they are not light.

If you don't work for them how would you know that you have to climb up the side of the trailer? I never had to climb up the side of the trailer in orientation. Sounds like a safety issue if you did, or course I've had to do it on a few loads.

As far as the BMI, I haven't heard anything recently.

Its just so they can see if you have the strengh to climp up on the higher loads when you have to tarp. I know its dumb because in the real world we don't do it that way but when the bosses are watching we do it "there way" right!!!

When I was there in orientation they had us get ourselves onto the trailer from the side unassisted. Getting down they allowed us to use steps there or said to use the rear of trailer to climb down, never jump off. I guess they changed it around since then.
