    JJ, How is the new company? I reside in SW WA north of PDX. Would that be a good location for your outfit? Coming to an end of my identured servitude and actively looking at any opportunity for more home time and possibly more pay too. If you would PM me I understand. Thanks.

    GRRRRRRR, APU has crapped out again and is only blowing air. Thank god I'm not in a trk stop parking lot at the moment. In Harmony, PA and was expecting an 0700 drop. Surprise!!!! 2nd trk here, checked in, and found out that they start at 0330 in the morning. Good thing I really didn't need any sleep. lol I just don't know if I can go another week and a half w/o my APU. Can't idle the freaking trk either since it cuts off after 5 minutes.
    Oh yea, that place this morning, 15 pallets of combo and it took 4 #$%^&*( hrs!!!!

    Thank You!

    I was trying to be polite to him but the Aussie Temper got the better of me:biggrin_25511: Came here posted once about da bad boy and hasn't been seen since!!

    Bet when I get back in the truck Monday I will miss the APU used to run all my gadgets (Microwave, Coffee maker, Griddle, Toaster and Toaster Oven)

    So they will only fix APU's at the Terminal???????

    Your a trucker you don't need sleep! hahahaha:biggrin_25522:

    Try waiting until the engine light begins to flash and push in the clutch and it should idle:biggrin_25514:

    I would say you and your aussie temper handled it perfectly. I have read you are about to go over the road again....great for you and JJ. I will look forward to your posts with you in the truck. Something tells me they (the posts) will be even more fun to read!

    I had a rental Fruitliner that did that, use the cruise control to set high idle, a bit above or set it at idle and the timer won't activate

    Fruitliner= Freightshaker = Freightliner
    Intersmashable = International
    Vulva = Volvo
    Peter Car = Peterbilt
    Kitty Whomper = W9

    I haven't really thought about the Western Stars, Sister runs a few in Australia and says there OK...rest of the Fleet are KW's.
