I know there's a whole forum for this... but anyone have any things to watch out for that can really get you killed. I just read a story about that bus with high school baseball players that went over a bridge. aparantly he thought the exit ramp was just part of the highway and went too fast on it, and then once he realized he was mistaken he was already heading to the side of a brigde and crashed through barrier.
what are some safety things to watch out for?

The best advice is to keep your eyes open and pay attention. Unfortunately some things (like that badly designed ramp) are there and nothing can be done about it. Slow down too, if you're not familiar with an area speeding through it is a bad idea (not saying the bus driver was speeding dangerously).

I really don't think you could just say watch out for this or watch out for that, but as already mentioned "Expect the unexpected." would sum it up.. It is impossible to determine what other people are going to do so always expect them to do the dumbest thing possible.. Keep your eyes moving constantly, feel sleepy don't drive and one thing I preach to everybody KEEP YOUR DISTANCE... Even when you practice all the rules there is always going to be that chance something will happen.. That's why this is one of the top 10 most dangerous jobs in the world....
