My husband's one year anniversary date is 9/16; Does the 8 week training count towards his experience. I was told it is extremely important to not quit before his 1 year date even by a day because it is possible that all of his time will basically be forfeited. (something with insurance and out of the compan's hands) is this true
Question regarding experience

i always thought it goes by the date on your license.
-
No when he got his CDLs the date on his license didn't change the endorsements were just added on and he had to get a new picture because the background color was different for a CDL license
-
your right. I just renewed my license and it's not on there, but on my old license it states the date I got my CDL. The date at the bottom must be the last date you renewed the license.

It only makes sense that the experience starts when you start driving. -
