Darn.. you can't step away from these threads for a day or two without something happening can you? I feel as anxious as all the rest of you do but remember ORG was a little cyclical in his feelings. I would bet any amount he's just real busy right now and is struggling to keep a positive outlook in such a challenging environment. From what we know of the strength of this man's character he will be back with a flourish as soon as he gets a break and some rest under his belt. Everyone keep praying for him though - it always helps.

He had many family matters, and if he changed his mind, I wouldn't blame him a bit.

Its possible that he found trucking wasnt for him. He may be too embarrased to post. He shouldnt be though. If its not for him its not for him. There is no shame in that. I would rather hear that then something bad happening. Hope everything is ok.

 

ORG did mention in one of his posts that there was a possibility that it would be some time before he posted again. So, if we elect to keep an open mind, it could be 2 weeks or more before we hear something. And remember, he may not have been assigned to a mentor in short order.

If his mentor is a slave driver, he may be reluctant to press the issue about updating his thread. He'll concentrate on driving, because that's what's important to him. Also, he may have requested a new mentor which would result in another delay.

It's easy to come up with reasons why he hasn't posted. But just as "Thelastamericanhippy" says, maybe he just changed his mind. He certainly wouldn't be the first.
