he runs the field operations tractors, planters, labor, etc....i move equipment from one job to the next, pick up trees all over the country at different nurseries. we run five of those rigs lik pictured in that video...can be pretty tough moving that equip one at a time to another job 1000 miles away...and its pretty cool thinking you got 250,000 hardwood trees back there in the box that one day my grandkids can go look at....

No he just runs short side wilsons, the only reason he hauls the sunflowers is because the farmer pays very well. He can only net about 38,000 or so stomped on. They back haul some corn but the farmer pays for round trip he said if dad can back haul something to just pocket that. My dads been haulling for them for 30 years. They have around 3500 acres of corn 1200 acres of milo, 400 beans,400 sunflowers, 2500 of wheat.

It's not Skyview out of Nebraska is it? They do the lp on W-9's pulling hoppers and they are bad news. I would say stay away from all lease purchase deals because all you are is a company driver with a truck payment. I don't know what your credit is like but I would do the Freightliner 1st time buyer program before any lease purchase deal. When a company does the lease purchase programs they are not doing it because they want to see you be a happy truck owner or help someone that just has no way of buying a truck, they are doing it because it saves them a lot of money and they still have control of you and the truck.

Save your money and look for a cheap truck, you would be surprised at how much you can save if you really want something.

Yeah don't change the pic it is a cool looking flattop. We use to stay at Maloof's Trailer Park south of Greenwood on Hwy 49 and cut beans and rice just south of Tchula, MS. It was a big farm operation and the guys name was Buck Harris that ran it. I haven't been down that hwy in years but I heard that Maloof's store and trailer park are gone along with the other convience store and catfish restaurant that sit their also to make way for a four lane. We also hung out at the Country Bumpkin bar but I heard it burnt to the ground. We also cut up around Itta Bean. Greenwood is a cool old southern town.

Guys we've got a 1998 model Fuller 9 speed that's low on tranny fluid a little. How do you know whether there's mineral or synthetic in there. It's red and looks like ATF. I'm guessing synthetic. Our mechanic said not to mix them but he doesn't know which 1 is in there.
