So do I! This year has been kinda nuts. They are forming and following the same path.. I know it sucks to say this... but what do you call a hurricane that has gone beyond a Cat 5? Because the way these are doing, we may just see that.

With them all following the same path they won't have the warm waters to feed on.

With Earl turning up 49' waves like I read about on wunderground there is a lot of cold water at the surface behind Earl.
Any thing that tries to follow near the same track won't be able to feed off the warm water.

They have just introduced the cat 5 in recent years...so I think the only term the have for them would be "dear God"

Gaston is probably gonna hook into the island chain and drop into the Carribean if it gets the chance...if that happens he'll have all the ###### warm water he needs...heaven help them....if he stays on the same course as Earl it'll be harder for him to increase but there is so much space for him to change direction it's too early to tell

I know a storm of that strength would be extremely catastrophic. But the comment struck me as really funny.

    I know I'm a bad man, I need therapy. :biggrin_25523:
