I have applied for Millis, faxed in paperwork, etc... I'm hoping to start MTI Sept. 27. Alot of the post's on here are somewhat outdated 6 months or more. Could any of you MILLIS DRIVERS please give your take on some questions? And if you are not a Millis driver, why did you leave?

How's it going with elogs? If so and if any, how many miles per week have you lost due to this?
    How is their insurance?
    Is regional any good?
Do they have specified stops for you to fuel up or can you fuel anywhere?
    Can you have passengers?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

i have not lost to many mile to the elogs what really hurts you more than anything is when you have to sit around all the time at customers. there insurance is not the best but it is not the worst either. Regional really depends on which regional you are trying to get on they usually run to the same places all the time so you will know where you are going to for the most part. As far as fuek goes we can get fuel at any ta,pilot and just recently they added the flying j also. only thing they ask is to fuel at a terminal as much as possible. They also ask you not to fuel in new york unless you have to since fuel cost higher up there. You can have passengers but they have to be a certain age and have to be family.

Thanks Spanky. If you're not a trainer maybe you should be with all the questions you answer on here. You seem to be a wealth of information. If I get through it maybe we'll cross paths one day. Trenton is about an hour for me so hopefully the freight is decent in this area. I believe Faye told me it would fall under the Illinois region.

So I take it you're running OTR? If so, where do they run you most of the time?

Good deal Ryeman. I don't have it in the bag yet but she said that was the next available date. We'll see what happens.

I need to still get my permit and physical. But deposit has been made. Well, keep us posted on your progress. Do you plan on driving up? I wonder how the hotel is.
