Running milo to ethanol plant today. First load was fine but coming back to elevator they had it about blocked off with construction. Dang barricades all over the place. A monkey could have picked better places to put those barricades. Pain in the ###% to get into the elevator. Okay I'm threw venting and I feel better.

Better barricades that trying to get to the Ethanol plant while the road is under water.

Well, they pulled me off the ethanol plant run. Guess I will be hauling from elevator to terminal elevator now, hauling beans. The bean harvest is just beginning to start around here.

Start of some long days but not as bad as wheat harvest. They usually close around 7 for fall harvest. When the time changes it goes to 6.

Been really busy hauling beans hence the 3 days with no post. Have just enough time to get home eat and go to bed. It's better than no loads though.

Glad your staying busy. How are the bean yeilds there,WH? Folks are saying 40-55bu./acre around here, but they are saying theres a lot of green pods mixed in,i think the moisture was 12% on the field they tested today,so we will be rolling next week for that farmer, hopefully.

:biggrin_25524: Wild day in the grain markets, though.
