Is there a website that has all the terms listed? What I mean is terms like restart, recap, lumpers and so on… Since Next Friday I'll have My CDL License and will be going to do OTRT with swift. I just wanted to know what some of these terms mean, I figured this would be the best place to ask

You're welcome! Be sure to add any new terms you may encounter along the way. (Well, those terms that are suitable for posting! :biggrin_25523:)

That is a recap also. It is a remanufactured tire. Virgin is used for a a fresh new tire.
