    im waiting for the mail today and hopefully it comes in, but if it doesnt then ima have to wait till next saturday which will suck

    To save a bit of $ at the truckstop , look around the stuff near the CASH is usually more costly than similar stuff further into the store.

    mileage may vary... and may not be the same for you.

    2700-3800 miles. Fixed costs are about 800 (truck, insurance, atbs)

    hey Ray, who was your recruter? they are sending you to Sac? I was only given an option for LA SoCal, I would much rather go to one up in sacramento.

    Thanks for the #'s Mikley. Question for all, is there any advantage to arriving in SLC with a permit in hand? I've read and studied the CDL manual and know I can pass the test.

    when i trained in fontana, there was no advantage since the whole class went to the DMV anyway.
