    quick question: im going out of state to the swift school in TN next week. my recruiter said when the school is over they will send me home to take my driving test and get my license. will they provide a truck for me to take the road test in in my home state? the recruiter didnt know:(

    EDIT: talked to a different recruiter and she said they will provide a truck to test with.

    Wow, you all got me scared. I test out next friday for my CDL. Swift is my first choice. And I hope it is the best choice. I know the guy that I'm to be trained by. and I hope that all goes well as It will set the mile stone for my new career. If there is anything that we'll help me in the next month in a half please let me know.

    Dont know how many are out of Kansas City , Ks. But I'm in school now at fort scott community college truck driving school and the recruters are recrutingfrom these schools here in Kc. Ive seen companies like swift , Schnieder , TMC ROEHL, And a few others. So that might be another option for those that are looking for schools to go too.:biggrin_25525:
