what have you had stolen off your rig?

Ironically, Not 2 minutes ago I read this in a different thread

"sorry havent posted in a while, been busy with work, said screw it and started going to college online due to all the hours i have been sitting and playing games with getting loads.
So i figure this is free rent and im going to college using my gi bill
on a side note i bought a kettle ball and it is a great work out tool, i love it!!
also got a new to me connex 3300hp for a song

I was parked bobtail at the Landstar Laredo, TX branch when someone stole my fuel cap off the Pete....I jumped out of the truck went inside real quick to see Rick at LAR wasn't in there 5 minutes came out and it was gone....

One of the boss mans dumb ### mechanics asked me if I left it off after I fueled...

me--->> "no"
mechanic-->> "how do you know you didn't forget to put it on" ??
me-->> "because the tank is full and there is no fuel splashed down the side of the tank"
mechanic-->> "oh, yeah that makes sense"

I love it when they try to call me out like that..

One of the most common things we replace on trucks these days are battery box covers. They yank them at rest stops and sell them to junkyards. It's gotta be frustrating to the drivers.

 

but its not the item i am asking gets stolen from inside of a locked truck .....you....might be getting luke warm.......however......
