CRST headed there next week

I knew guy who went there...he was happy to make 200 bucks a week...they told him he would be making 22cent a mile but its really 11cent a everyother mile..good luck to you

 

How do you figure that? It's 22 cents paid to the truck, then split between the drivers. If that trucked rolled 3000 miles the truck gets paid $660 dollars, each driver get $330.00. Each driver didn't drive 3000 miles. If both were fair they each drove 1500 miles.

For your friend to make $200 a week that team drove far less than 3000 miles. So what is the rest of your friends story?

 

thats pretty much all i can tell you now, he also told me they didnt give them many miles..they would be given a whole bunch of short runs...he ended up quiting and goin else where but that isnt the 1st time i have heard that about crst....and 330.00 in a week is not very much money. You be better off going solo somewhere. just my opinion..good luck to you

My son just completed his first week on the road with a trainer, he is loving it.
He got his first check yesterday and it was much better than what I expected he would make.
Oh he and his trainer are getting good miles too.

 

No I won't be teaming up with him, as long as my current employer keeps the doors open. I have a sweet deal where I am and don't want to give it up.
Plus I have done my time doing the 48 states thing. I am home evey 4 days lol.
I love my kid but he has to earn his own stripes.
