yep everything is supplied by swift. I would not want to buy those binders they are like 40 bucks a pop at a truck stop. I keep everything on my truck padlocked, even my tarps.
In the winter hide the bungees also. Van drivers like to steal em for their snow chains, or take em right off of your tarp.

If You can take a pic or 2 of how you lock them up... This can give others ideas of how to do it if your not locking them in a box or cubby hole.

Swift only offers $23.00 TARP pay? I thought flatbedding companies pay tarp and untarp pay. My only concern with Swift is their .cpm seems so low compared to other companies I am interested in (Roehl, for example starts FB out at .33 cpm). I do see Swift has a sliding scale payment plan based on dispatched miles length. Scmud, I hope you don't mind my asking what made you go with Swift over other companies? What was the "it " about Swift that was the deciding factor for you? Your home location; Swift's vast network throughout the USA? Comfort level or number of opportunities available?

One thing I can say about swift over the other companies is.. Swift will take You if You get Your CDL A with out going to a Driven School. I got My CDL A on My own, No Schooling.

I picked Swift because thats who i got a prehire with through the truck driving school, no real insight into it, just jumped in i needed a job.
I don't reccommend Swift to start off if you want to do flatbed, small trucks, small fleet, limited frieght.
I would go to a flatbed only company...I'm staying here for now, i kinda gave up on the miles, and money trying to focus my efforts and time on my education.
Your in a good location for flatbed, look at TMC,Melton(i might go thier next)
