Finally done with hauling to ethanol plant at colwich. Spent four hours at that delightful place today. Thought about taking more loads in for another grain company if they raised the rate. Today saw the bottom feeders were hauling in what I thought about hauling. So much for rate increase.

They keep talking about adding even more tax to that too. 15 to 25 cents more per gallon. Looks like we're going to have to tough it out through another spike through the holidays into the spring until the bottom drops out again. I hope I'm wrong. Nobody can afford it.

Doing some patching on my tarp today. I guess I'm going to have to get a new tarp one of these days. I have had it close to three years and doing local it's hard on tarps.

I have been running I-70 and 135 most all week and seen about half dozen NSG trucks at the 24/7 fuel stop in Salina the other night along with a couple of them at Bozzelman's.

They're picking up loads in NC kansas and going to Colwich ethanol plant. Then going to pick up salt at Lyons or Kanopolis I would guess. There's been a bunch of them at colwich all week.
