If your getting into trucking and go to work for the bigger companies give it some time get your experience and be safe. Thes guys i see get on here and down these companies should have done more research before going to work for them. And some people you can just not please. I have been driving sixteen years had three driving jobs it pays my bills and raised my kids. Quit crying and just drive and quit discouring people from driving a truck with your negatives adds about companies. Trucking is a demanding job think long and hard and do your research before going to driving school. Also make sure you have a clean record or do not waste your money on driving school. Because the insurance will not let a company hire you if your driving record or criminal record is questionable:biggrin_25514:

I am sure people would love to stop posting negative reviews on trucking companies. All these companies need to do is treat drivers both new and experienced as a valuable commodity. Pay a driver a living wage, let him or her get home when they request, tell them the truth and keep your promises. This is not too much to ask considering all the money the company's receive from the sweat of the drivers hard work.

    Wrong,

refuse to work for said companies...................................

Nobody is forced into working for a certain company.

If you hire on to a crap company,

at least smile while taking all their crap.

There are good companies located all across this country,

    it's up to YOU !!!!

Here is the strange part no one ever seems to say, go to work for the bigger machine, work hard, take and deliver 'successfully' everything they give you without attitude and soon you will be running with the big boys making the better pay.

They ring my phone, wake me up, tell me they have a load on me and all I will say is "Thank You". I never say anything else. If you make them not want to call you .... they won't.

They have other problems on their desk besides your personal joy and comfort.

You can make money at the bigger companies. You just have to work harder for it.
