I also had them. Brian was my main trainer (the one in the truck) Tell them I said hi! Day 1 on the range was awsom. I had never drove a "big" truck before. Shifting was a huge challenge. I am heading out on EVO I Tuesday with the trainer. I should be back in about 14 days. I wish you the best of luck and I will let ya know how the EVO goes.

Good evening everyone. Just finished day 2 here at Marshfield. We lost one out of our class this morning. Apparently he had trouble crouching under the trailer on the pre-work screen but they let him finish the day yesterday apparently so he wouldn't have to leave in front of everyone. They let him quetly leave after class yesterday. Anyway, today after a meeting about the Roehl Way we went to the range and started practicing double clutching. This was another big concern of mine since I was only ever taught how to float gears at my prior training. It wasn't near ar bad as I was anticipating it would be SOOOO......hopefully tomorrow we will be onto bigger and better things. After only two days I feel as though this is an excellent company at least for the beginner and am anxiously awaiting the next day of training.
AF461 Thanks this. -

Yeah you may lose some, we started with 10 and got down to 4 by the time my class finished. Probably not typical but you will lose some here and there for various reasons. Glad to hear its going well.

Yeah I was only there flatbedding for them for about 8 months. I work local now for Coca Cola.
So how was day three BC? -
Treefork.....was another hectic day here in Marshfield. We lost another guy today due to medical reasons and we have another guy that really has a struggle with the downshift and tomorrow is the first road test so I am not sure nor is he that he'll get over that obstacle. On the side note....school is very fast paced and as long as you can process it at the rate they pass it out then you WILL learn ALOT!! Looking forward to tomorrows road test. I'll post tomorrow as to how it all works out.
