Actually darlin Crst does not pay .22 to the truck. They split miles not pay. If the truck runs 3000 miles then each driver would get 1500 miles at his or hers individual pay. Also, they tend to be a little slow on the newbies and will work them up to driving a little more miles. They want to make sure a) your truck will not be late b) you and your co-driver can get along. They go on a tier base the harder you run and are on time you go up the tier, also if you get your hazmat you will go up the tier. I have been with the company for a little over 4 years and even though I will have to sit every once in awhile I am run pretty good and can't complain. My co-driver and I usually get over 6000 miles a week to the truck. Hope this helps
CRST headed there next week
