Forget about GPS, call the consignee for directions.
AfterShock Thanks this. -
This was GPS for my fourwheeler during orientation, I planto do my pretripping with maps, and maybe use GPS to suppliment.
-
my point...perhaps you should have pretripped your orientation....like, be sure you know where you are going and ETA, etc.....1st impressions are often the most important ones we make....AfterShock Thanks this.
-
Thankfully this was 'second impression' I was on time the first time because I had a ride. But yes, your point is made, though the point of this thread is what to expect during orientation and time with your trainer, now hanging on how I messed up one thing, I acknowlaged it then and I do again now mistakes happen.
Anyway:
I have now heard from my trainer, he is currently in Texas trying to get a load to Denver so he can pick me up, an owner op who is going to show me the ropes, seems like a nice guy, and like he has his stuff togeather so im excited.
Bobcat Tail and AfterShock Thank this. -
Excellent. You SHOULD be excited. Now the fun starts, and I mean that in the right way. Best of luck to you and let us know how you guys are doing when you can.
-
Well, jusrt heard from my trainer, he got a load to denver but has a friend who wants to see what it would be like, so picking me up got pushed back to tuesday or wednesday (He hopes) And while im a little disappointed, I can also understand, its good to see what its like before you decide to do it.
So update when i know more.AfterShock and Gears Thank this. -
