I am sorry Kansas, but unless they are pointing a gun or a knife at me I will never take a child's life over my own, no matter how stupid their parents are. Even then I will try and disarm them first.

Frankly I am kind of sadden that you would.. Nor would I want to work for anyone that would advocate such a response.

Some infant has no knowledge of what it does. I am ok with cold, but rude I am not ok with. ^.^

So Ill only adress the cold:

I'll give some way to a soccer van full of kids driven by a idiot. I will swerve and hit a tree/roll my truck if I must to avoid a kid that walks out into the road, I don't belive some 5 year old, running to catch his pet (Wich I will spatter) or his ball (That I will pop) understands fully. So they do not deserve to get pasted by me.

some 16, 17, 18 year old that whips his mustang through a red light and gets pasted? Fine. Some 5 year old chasing a ball? Not so much.

And if you are saying you would rather paste some child on the front of your truck than risk your job...I dont know what I can say to you.

I agree.

No job is worth some childs life. I'll eat the debt from school and flip burgers if I get fired for planting my truck in a ditch instead of hitting a child.

I hit a full grown german sheppard one day going 55mph, the dog exploded all over the front of my Mack, as I was pulling chunks of dog outta my grille, the owner comes running over and starts yelling and screaming at me I said "lady , why the heck was that dog running loose"? Her answer was " my dog always runs loose" , I laughed at her and said thats your dumb stupid fault, she then wanted $1000.00 from me so she can get a new dog cause she said the one I killed was a show dog, I then laughed even harder and told her to go ##%k yourself, and left. Went down to the nearest truck wash and cleaned off my truck and I did not lose any sleep over that.

anybody who would hit a kid rather than take a ditch--obviously doesnt have kids--or else shouldnt be allowed to have any
if there is a chance i can maybe save somebodys life--especially a kid--then i will do it--no questions asked
i have lived my life--the little one should be able to as well-sure hope you dont drive anywhere that my kids might be

Your so awsome. I hope to grow up to be just like you, so I too cannot be understanding when someone loses a beloved pet, and be rude to them too!:biggrin_25513:

no kids here, but the way I see it: I have made choices, plenty of them, some good, some bad, some that shoulda killed me, so I can make a choice to put my truck in a ditch, and save a kid who dont know no better.

Maybe god will smile and say 'here is another choice that shoulda killed you but didnt' or maybe he will say 'oh, now I can finally make up for missin ya that last time' :p

Peeing in a can without hitting the floor lol. I hate down shifting scares the hell out of me esp when I can't find the #### gears. Last and I have over come this quick esp through i-71 construction cones and big rigs don't meet well. Yes everyone knocked down compliments of Werner and me lol

You never aim at the pedestrians no matter how much they tick you off.
