It should I have a 52" mounted on the back wall of my sleeper. If you ever pull in to a truck stop where i'm shut down for the night, I'll be the guy sitting in a lawn chair 50' feet from my truck watching tv through my windshield.

I just use my computer as a TV for now. I have wondered if mounting a flat screen is a good idea. Just curios if the bouncing would shorten the life. Wonder if it's better to just keep it laid down on the mattress when moving???

Measure where you want to put it. Make sure you are looking into a place that the mount will support it. Then take the measurements into your local store. Look into LCD's however, as plasmas are not as kind to temperature changes and also draw MUCH MUCH more power. (which means bigger inverter concerns.) They also put off a lot of RF (say, noise into those CBs.) and are not that shock resistant.

I had a 19 inch mounted to the wall, but since I had to move to 3 different trucks, I decided to leave it at home. Now I have a 7 inch in the truck. I kind of like that little TV because I can put it anywhere, plus is has a built in battery.

It depends. Other drivers in the past have told me that their lcd tv's didn't last as long as their old boxy crt tv's. Something to do with the constant bouncing of the tv while the truck was in motion. But, many other drivers with lcd tv's have yet to experience problems with theirs. Probably depends on how well you stow your tv when not in use.

Have a 22" Curtis with built in DVD player angled into the one cabinets in my Volvo. Would love to mount it on the wall not sure the company would let me. Got it from 6th Ave Electronics it was one of their sick deals of the day. Nice unit i would recommend it.
