Illegally fired

    It is illegal to fire someone for going to the hospital. I was sick and went to the hospital after working for USA for 2.5 years. They fired me for going the hospital; it was a life and death situation.

    Federal Motor Carrier Law is you pull over when sick or tired?

    How come they fired me for going to hospital?

    I have been on time with their loads. I never done misconduct or broke policies or use their equipment for my personal use.

    Are you in a Right to work state? Some states like MI do not need a reason to fire you.

    But...there are, indeed two sides to every story.
