They have a few freeware, with no restrictions. I use Glary and Auslogics.

I just downloaded Glary and it worked well. I have been using Auslogics defrag for years and this little program will defrag your disk fast.

 

You'll get much better results if you just wipe Windows and re-install.

 

CCleaner. It blows my mind that they still give that program away for free. Then get the "Defraggler" from the same company (Periform is their name)

 

Yep, a second for CCleaner ! Or use Windows and delete the history.... but CC is better.

 

ccleaner is the only one I trust. You have to beware of most of the "PC tune-up" programs, most of them are a useless scam that cause more problems than they claim to fix. Ccleaner has bee around for ten years or better, it's a great program.

 

Use CCLeaner and for Defrag Use Puran Defrag (Use The Boot Defrag Option for Optimal Results)

This is practically all you need! (If you dont know your way around Windows)

Both are free!
