New to Central Refrigerated

Hey everyone. I'm new to Central and would like some info on what to expect. I spoke to a recruiter today who said I can start Monday in Conley (Which is where I spent many years working in Conley anyways lol). What could prevent me from actually being hired on with Central? MVR, bkgrnd...etc

Well I havent lied about anything. I told them about my recent tickets. I told them about some trouble I got in when I was 17 and even faxed them my court papers. Only thing is I wasnt 100% sure on my employment dates. I think I got em right. but i may be off a lil here and there. I actually just moved to Macon to run a waffle house and decided im best back in the trucking industry. Its really all I know.

Omar, the recruiter I spoke with seemed nice enough, I just hope everything works out. I'd like to know more about the company from someone who recently started and what I should expect and what they expect of me, and like i said, what could prevent me from gettin the job
