i have an elite , but i have often thought that i would like to get a pair out of a ford truck KING RANCH. i ride with no air anyway. probably cheaper on ebay than the elites are. they are $800 at most places.

i have a 56 chev---and i put seats from a new mercedes in it--now those seats move more than i thought possible--a pain to mount and modify--but once the head rest was tossed(which moved up and down electrically)--they look right at home--used the console as well--but with hurst shifter poking thru

Volvo seats suck! I have heard people say how comfy they are blah blah blah but they all must be midgets. I'm 6'3" and I hate them.

Only had a national one time and hated it too. Although it was better than the Volvo seats.

I have Bostroms. they are worn in pretty good. im 5'8" 210. rides just right for me. wish i had a riser though lol. bottomed out im looking through the steering wheel, over the dash and hood...can't start to see but 50' in front of me. have to ride almost fully inflated to be visually aware.
Nationals can be nice; but the cheaper ones have cheap covering. wears very quickly.

Well the dealer (cough cough) broke my seat last visit.
There is a rather caloric challenged tech that seems to like to SCRUB his ### across my seat on his way out. He busted the air height switch. In his defense, it cheap crap plastic and in a HORRIBLE position.

I miss the old days. A nice metal mushroom style knob on the front of the seat. Perfect location. Worked perfectly.

  9. I bought a National and I'm not impressed at all. Before that, I had a Seats, Inc. That thing was complete junk!

Before that was the original Sears seats that came as standard equipment in the old Shaker. I like them better than either of the new ones I've bought. Adjusted in the right places with simple, easy to use controls. They had the old METAL mushroom button to deflate and inflate the air bag. And, they were low backed. I HATE the high backed seats. I'm really thinking about taking them and have them refurbished and re-upholstered and putting them back in the truck!

I wouldn't buy another National, and I would PAY to not have a Seats, Inc. in may tractor. Seriously, you couldn't give me a Seats, Inc. seat for free. I'd try something besides either of them.

I can't speak for all Volvo's.... But mine came stock with National Seats. And to be honest, I'd much rather sit on a 5 gallon bucket. It will be more comfortable then these seats & It could double as a toilet.

I was looking at those Sears seats online last night.... But Jeezus.... Nearly a grand retail for one seat.
