This sound kinda familiar. Oh yes, I remember: "We have to pass the bill so you can find out what's in it." -Bella Pelosi on Obamacare!![]()

HIGHLIGHTS
Update on CSA program rollout
The Compliance Safety Accountability (CSA) programs national rollout will occur no earlier than December 12, 2010, despite reports to the contrary. We appreciate the continued support as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) moves forward towards implementing this important new safety enforcement and compliance program

So I got a written warning for "failure to obey a properly placed traffic contol device."
A bridge on US40 In Harve deGrace Maryland had a 3/4 ton load limit on it from 0600-2200.
"Clearly marked for 5 miles around. BS! I was courteous and had actually slowed to 25 when rolling over the bridge. The limit was 35.
I was over there the other day. I saw a small sign on I-95 that said 4 axle limit on the Hattem bridge. Like a guy from Tennessee would know where that bridge is!
So how many points is that? Do I need to notify my employer of the warning paper? -
Been to the site....seen my carrier but his score is hidden. Something about the information provided is not good enough. Site says carrier can see it with his pin but the public can't. ( for now )
WTF? -
We looked at ours. On my husbands stats, he got a warning for not writing in the BOL number on his log book. This warning shows up under the heading FATIGUED DRIVING. That simply not true, since he was stopped at a scale an hour away from where he loaded and he got a full 10 the night before.
There is no room for human error with CSA 2010.
I'm glad that we use the laptop now, for his logs, but for those that use paper logs, this could put good drivers off the road.INF3RNAL and scottied67 Thank this. -
This is not the first time I have heard about the BOL ticket.
I have been putting alot of extra information on the logs to cover any possible problem.
But the catch all "Fatigued Driving" is a matter of opinion and we will see many of these. -
Unbelievable what they will think of to put the screws to you. Guess they do want robots driving these things. -

Remeber, everything can be apealed.......so that needs to be our first order of bus.
Be like lawyers and burry their arse in paperwork!scottied67 Thanks this. -
How do you appeal a warning?
