You know...that's one thing I've never done, is apply for a government driving job...hmm....

I did get my passport though...cause I thought I was going to go over seas...but when the administration changed...all those opportunities seemed to dry up...darn...

I have a older cousin or something over there just raking in the big money...practically doing nothing...yes, we've all heard the stories...80-120 thousand a year driving a truck in Iraq or Kuwait...well, it's true...or was...
Sadly, it will take another war for those opportunities to open up again...

Now you have to know someone, who knew someone, who slept with someone, to get such an opportunity...:biggrin_2557:

2 types of trucking not mentioned yet

    PROFITABLE

    and

    NONPROFITABLE

And regardless of what type of truck or product hauled you can find both as a driver or owner.

That's a good question...what type of licence do you need to drive this??
Indeed is there a license above class A??

I forget where I was when I took this...I just remember it was very dusty..powdery...and I was miserable...couldn't get tandemns slid...

I was with the company before the one I'm with now...I think...

This things so big you could live in it as a house...

    Later...

They are amazing machines. If I can. I'll be looking into starting my career in the Construction Industry, to see if what it would take to drive such a rig like that...
