If you got the yellow sheet from either the chicken house or the law and he entered something ( like in my case for windshields ) then you can file an appeal. I was warned for cracked windshields.

Point here is your carrier shares your score so has a vested interest in getting it removed.

You're not appealing the "windshield" as it were, your appealing the entry into your file.

I'll ask my guy how to do it and get back to ya'll.

    I just pulled my PSP.

Both Level 2 inspections I've had in the last 12 months are on there, each with one minor equipment violation. First was listed as "Failure to maintain equipment" for a crank handle that had fallen out of the hook (not original crank handle, and significantly longer than the original), and the second for "Inoperable required light" for a license plate light that was out.

Nothing else, which means the report was accurate. Now, just how much credence a potential employer will give these violations remains to be seen. But quite frankly, I'm not worried about them. As I've said before, if it's going to get that nit-picky as far as finding employment, I'll get the hell out of the industry.

    .

Fatigued sounds really bad IMO. How many points is that? How bad you need your mortgage paid?

I wouldn't even take out a mortgage in this line of work. It's rapidly becoming a joke.

Did you get an inspection too or just a ticket for not stopping? If no inspection it won't be on your csa2010 profile.

Why wouldn't it count? Probably failure to obey a traffic control device type ticket. Even a warning for that counts.

    Right?

And I have heard that the fit hits the shan on 12/11/10. Yes or no?
